This is a 3-month Life Force Coaching Program where we will meet on zoom weekly for a total of 12 sessions. We will explore your grief, losses, and goals for moving forward. We will incorporate the dimensions of wellness to establish a plan that is right for you, which many include mindfulness and meditation, journaling, and/or energy healing practices including Qigong and the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
The 3-month program includes:
* Twelve one-hour coaching sessions on Zoom (1 per week)
* Three Energy Assessments (One per month)
* Email support
