This is a 6-month Life Force Coaching Program where we will meet on Zoom each week for 25 weeks. We will explore your grief, losses, and goals for moving forward. We will incorporate the dimensions of wellness to establish a plan that is right for you, which many include mindfulness and meditation, journaling, and/or energy healing practices including Qigong and the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
The 6-month program includes:
* Twenty-five one-hour coaching sessions on Zoom (1 per week)
* Six Energy Assessments (One per month)
* Email support
* Emailed notes and recordings of sessions
